Bosworth Independent School

Bosworth Independent School occupies the Newton Building on the Avenue Campus in Northampton, teaching boarding and day students. It was known for many years as Bosworth Independent College and still operates in the same independent sixth form tradition. The A-Level list runs to 17 subjects and covers more of the performing and creative arts than most colleges of its size: Drama and Theatre, Music and Art and Design all run as full A-Levels. The academic core of Mathematics, Further Mathematics, the three sciences, Economics and English Literature is complete, and French and Spanish are both taught. Subjects are arranged in option blocks, which means not every combination is possible. If you have a specific set of three or four subjects in mind it is worth checking the blocks before applying rather than assuming they can be put together. Boarding houses are on site. The school does not publish its fees on the pages we checked, so contact them directly for current rates.
