About d'Overbroeck's
d'Overbroeck's runs its sixth form from a dedicated site on Banbury Road in north Oxford, separate from its younger year groups. The subject range is the headline. At 38 A-Levels it is the widest of any college on this site, and the breadth is real rather than nominal: Architecture and Design, Classical Greek, Japanese, Music Technology, Textiles and Religion, Ethics and Philosophy all run, alongside the full academic core. Four further Level 3 qualifications cover Business and Entrepreneurship, Criminology, and Creative Media and the Creative Arts. The college publishes its results, which many independent colleges do not. In 2026, 44% of grades were A*-A and 72% were A*-B, with a quarter of students achieving three or more A* or A grades. Students have gone on to Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial and LSE. Both full and weekly boarding are available. Boarding is charged on top of tuition, so the real cost for a boarder is the sum of the two, and sixth form lunch is a further charge again.
